Training Schedules and Maps

Wednesdays:7:00pm to 8:30, Ferrer Park Swimming Complex
Saturdays:2:30pm, On the water from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Sundays:8:30am, On the water from 9:00am to 10:30am
GOOB:
(Usually Tue or Thu)
6:40am, On the water from 7:00am to 8:00am
Bootcamp:
(Usually Thu)
7:15pm to 8:30pm, National Stadium, Gate 12

Wednesday training is held at Farrer Park Swimming Pool from 7.00pm – 9pm.
The session is focused on fitness and technique. Bring swim wear as we paddle in the pool!

Saturday training is held at Kallang Riverside Park from 3.30pm – 6pm.
This session is held on the boat and focuses on general fitness and team co-ordination.

Sunday training is held at Kallang Riverside Park from 8.30am – 10.30am.
This session is held on the boat and focuses on stamina & strength for race preparation.

GOOB (Get Out Of Bed) held at Kallang Riverside Park from 6:30am to 8:00am
This is focused session, working on the technique and race prep specified by the coaches. This is a great opportunity to start your day with a bang, get some extra boat-time and enjoy stunning Singaporean sunrises.

Bootcamp, held at The National Stadium, Gate 12 from 7:15pm to 8:30pm
A special training program put together by the captains and coaches which will challenge even the fittest participants. Get ready to run, jump, lunge and burpee your way through this cardio and body weight workout.
